Build the overall local go-to-market strategy (price, product, promotion, marketing & retail);

Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads;
Act as a point of contact for important customers and internal stakeholders;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts as well as regular reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
Carry out market research & insight, demand collection, competition analysis, and working closely with product and regional teams to improve local portfolio competitiveness;
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products;
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement;
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
