This role focuses on developing analytical tools and leading data analysis for yield improvement and quality in semiconductor manufacturing. The Senior Staff Specialist coordinates cross-functional teams and drives automation of analytics using Python, Tableau, and Exensio. It is ideal for experienced engineers with 8+ years in semiconductor product or process engineering.

Bachelor's degree in Technical/ Engineering field with minimum 8 years of working experience in the areas of Semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, or process integration.

工作职责

To lead and coordinate Data Analysis: Proactively performing and coordinating the Operational (Parametric, Yield Pareto, process mapping…) analysis necessary for yield improvement and quality initiatives. Analytic and system/ tools development – developing of analytical tools for use by OSAT ENG community.

To lead and coordinate Automation of Analytics: Coordinating and coworking with PTE Analytics team and operational engineering team on analytical tools (driven by Python, Tableau, Exensio and other tools).
To Lead Process/Product Engineering: Leading and coordinating Operation Equipment efficiency (OEE) and assembly / final test (FT) stabilities Pareto and analysis. Leading and managing cross-functional teams to improve and control the manufacturing of Infineon products in OSAT. Coordinating and Driving KPIs related to process/test stability, yield, etc.. Coordinating and Driving BE Assembly and Test data integration precisely within external subcons and internal Infineon data. Proactively to trace and analyze BE assembly and test data to improve BE yield, cost, and quality, and being possible to link to FE wafer manufacturing data.

优先资格

Solid use cases showing successful experiences in operational improvement/culturing. Systematic solution in highly automation/digitalization is a plus. Computer programming experiences in mid to advance Python, SQL database, Exensio, Knime or Tableau programming is also preferred. Yield, inline parameter analysis, basic product engineering analytical methodology know-how. Excellent communication skill in an English-speaking business environment.
