工作职责

Responsibilities include:

Support project team (UIR Quality) on EUV/DUV Install, Upgrade, Relocation continuous improvement action driving.
Review data story and prepare analysis result via daily information input and maintenance, especially on tooling defect/return performance case and Install Quality Improvement case.
Work with different UIR RPM stakeholders to provide analysis feedback timely on a weekly basis.
Figure out data integration opportunities to shorten repeating administration work via any tooling, e.g., Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work with ASML Project Leader in a fast-paced environment, not against new challenges and time pressure.
