工作职责
Assist in planning and implementing production processes for specific technologies in a plant, for existing and new products, in cooperation with the areas of process development, equipment procurement, logistics, production and quality; with the goal of keeping production stable and make optimization
Support existing series of production process to achieve trouble-free and high efficiency production
Carry out optimization projects for existing series
Monitor equipment capacities, calculate future capacities based on forecasts
Plan and realize production processes for existing products changing, using knowledge of all production processes
Create and modify process flows, production plan, including standard time calculations
Create and modify production and plant layouts
Plan, procure and start up equipment, assembly stations
Create all procurement documents as part of the equipment standard
Cooperate in strategic supplier selection on assembly and test station
Provide technical release of equipment for assembly/test stations.
Plan personnel capacities for production
Coordinate all relocations and transfers that are required in the plant
Collaborate with relevant principals to technically manage the implementation of changes
Create schedule planning to implement in cooperation with the departments: plan, control and monitor changes in terms of critical path analysis
Archive ECR as required
Check ECR for completeness
Create detailed planning for change processes
Coordinate/synchronize departments, to assure controlled change processes
Document the change history of products/processes
Organize and conduct change meetings
Initiate and control the ongoing identification, evaluation and realization of potential improvements
Measure the performance of change management in relation to the appropriate series, be determining the individual KPIs
Check product information with regard to bundling options for orders, technical feasibility
Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system
