Place orders (e.g. containers, transport, packaging materials etc.)
Responsible for internal and external transportation plan coordination, monitoring and management
Control &Coordinate; internal DRX production and external subcontractors or transport companies
Monitor delivery amounts and schedules
Retrieve inventory levels and production quantities in order to plan transport
Coordinate actions to avoid bottlenecks(e.g. due to threatened delivery delays, in case of immediate demand/additional demand, etc.)
Handle excess inventory of both internal and customer containers, packaging material
Responsible for transportation budget, monitoring and cost control
Responsible for communication, coordination and follow-up of problems related to sea, land and air transport damage (including damage claims)
Responsible for the coordination and management of recycling equipment in-plant, interplants and plant-customers.
Responsible for the evaluation and daily management of transportation and packaging material supplier
Responsible for one-time packaging material management (inventory control and purchase) and material purchase in logistics department
Follow 5S.Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system.
