This is a Shift Operative Leader role at Ferrero's plant in Alba, Italy, offering engineering graduates an exciting starting point in operations. 工作职责
Manage various activities in Production and Human Resources management. Support execution of production, coordinate line team in operational activities, and ensure optimization of production factors on the shift. Responsible for preparation and start-up of lines, interruption, slowdown, or breakdown in cooperation with Maintenance. Manage application of criteria for resource allocation and operational workforce. Assist Production Unit Manager in drawing up 'merit plan'. Ensure safety standards (food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on lines. Support and develop Continuous Improvement initiatives.
