最低要求

具有商业、科学或相关领域的本科学位(硕士或MBA优先)

至少15年市场营销、上市和综合管理经验,且职责范围逐步扩大,包括全球、美国及美国以外市场
有建立并领导制药/生物技术商业组织的经验,且具有成功的综合管理经验优先
精通经典市场营销和销售学科与技术
在商业规划、上市、积极增长及产品生命周期管理方面有成功经验
对创新有承诺,并领导过重大变革
在沟通变革、管理设计实施、应用创新思维以及协调计划、人员与流程方面有成熟技能
有与跨职能团队(市场品牌、市场研究、销售、市场准入、医学事务、业务发展、法规、研发、生产等)协作的经验

工作职责

领导全球品牌团队,制定品牌战略并确保全球一致执行

制定短期、中期和长期商业目标,部署策略实现业务目标
领导财务规划(SP、IBP、预算),设定收入、市场份额和运营支出目标
与全球医学和HEVA合作制定循证生成计划和科学关键信息平台
与全球市场研究合作确保上市基础洞察的稳健执行
与新产品规划合作制定治疗领域策略叙事
阐明清晰品牌战略,创建品牌叙事并统一组织
与已上市市场合作制定全球增长策略,确定理想市场塑造计划
与全球SM特许经营战略领导合作,将品牌战略整合到赛诺菲综合上市能力中
与全球罕见病患者激活团队合作制定诊断和患者发现策略
与GTMC全渠道合作制定多渠道策略以增强品牌体验
