This role leads the commercial strategy and execution for key accounts in the Heartland region, managing a team of Area Business Managers to drive revenue growth and customer relationships in the oncology therapeutic area. You will develop and execute account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 3 years people and industry leadership experience within hematology/oncology strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills with a record of hiring, developing, and retaining personnel and delivering revenue targets
Must be a seasoned sales executive with sales management skills and a solid track record
Experience in selling an oncologic product and in the 'buy and bill' reimbursement area strongly preferred
Strong collaboration skills and experience in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results through cooperation
Experience in coordinating patient and provider support services

Develop expertise in product, disease state, and delivery device in multiple myeloma.
Oversee and coach Account Business Managers.
Ensure successful planning and execution of key account plans.
Drive clinical and operational planning in priority accounts.
Work collaboratively with matrix partners for OBDS planning.
Analyze regional business data and provide guidance.
Develop expertise in CRM tools and ensure compliant utilization.
Manage regional expenses within budget.
Lead or participate in internal meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop meeting content.
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of team.
Ensure compliance with corporate and industry policies.
