Ability to strategically plan and execute work. Robust communication skills and ability to engage in two-way stakeholder dialogue. High accountability for all feedback, coaching, and results. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to customers, conventions, training, and other internal meetings.
Brand Awareness & Intent to Treat with Endos: Build belief in Tzield mechanistic rationale and clinical narrative. Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts, contribute to priority account strategy, engage endocrinology and primary care providers. Identify account champions/KOLs. Screening Awareness & Development of T1D Ecosystem: Conduct strategic planning, contribute to screening strategy, educate on early detection and urgent referrals. Additional: Collaborate cross-functionally, attend meetings, maintain compliance, achieve sales quotas.
