最低要求

工程学学士/硕士学位 - 机械工程专业优先

深入了解相关的卓越制造工作流程,如提高设备可靠性和维护,并对生产环境流程有整体理解
熟练运用相关实践,如失效模式与影响分析 (FMEA)、根本原因分析 (RCA) 等

工作职责

始终展示并促进积极的安全行为

使用适当的个人防护装备、安全工具、设备和程序,确保自己和他人每天安全回家
确保区域和设备以最高安全水平运行
确保该区域的所有人员遵守安全要求并保持区域整洁
分析工厂并确定已安装设备的关键性
对于关键设备,执行失效模式与影响分析 (FMEA),高关键设备执行特定分析,中等关键设备执行通用分析
将计划预防性维护 (PPM) 计划转化为具体的预防性维护活动和程序
通过使用统计方法、根本原因分析 (RCA) 和失效模式与影响分析 (FMEA) 评估工厂在整体设备效率 (OEE) 方面的表现,识别并优先处理与设备可靠性相关的性能问题和成本驱动因素
提出并启动技术解决方案以消除实际和潜在的性能问题,并与利益相关者(维护、生产、业务等)讨论
