最低要求

信息技术、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位,并拥有超过10年在Microsoft环境(特别是职场或基础设施、托管/云和报告领域)的IT服务交付管理经验

精通ITIL框架,并对安全框架、合规标准和法规有深刻理解
此外,具备基于Microsoft解决方案(包括Office 365、SharePoint、Teams和其他Microsoft职场工具)管理和交付服务的专业知识
流利的英语书面和口语能力,具备出色的沟通和演示技巧,能够与组织内各级别人员互动
