最低要求

应用生物、化学或物理工程、计算机科学或相关领域的硕士学位(或同等经验)

年以上在科学、创新和实验室领域的数字或相关领域的工作经验,在将FAIR数据与人工智能整合到科学工作流程方面拥有深厚的专业知识
展现出战略思维能力,包括能够与高级业务领导者共同制定与业务目标和转型优先级一致的数字战略和产品愿景
能够通过深入理解业务、人员以及所涉及的科学和技术的所有相关方面,识别出能释放高业务价值的产品机会
能够为不同受众构建引人入胜、数据驱动的叙述,并影响利益相关者
经过验证的关系建立技能:建立信任、信誉、管理冲突以及通过影响力进行领导

工作职责

战略路线图定义:* 与业务产品负责人合作,共同创建并持续完善数字产品的战略路线图,确保与长期业务目标和数字化转型优先级保持一致
