关于这个职位

这是一个面向区域消费品牌(香水与美容领域)的客户经理职位

您将负责在约旦和叙利亚市场,通过建立深度客户关系、赢得项目并销售香水产品,来领导和管理客户账户,以实现销售和利润目标
核心工作包括制定商业策略、管理项目全周期以及优化账户的财务表现

最低要求

学士或硕士学位或同等学历(商业管理、经济学、市场营销、科学相关领域)

在快消品(FMCG)行业的销售/营销领域,拥有至少3至5年的香料/香精/配料销售经验
必须具备在约旦和/或叙利亚的丰富销售经验(此为必要条件)
具备广泛的产品专业知识(产品、市场、消费者、技术/科技)和对香水的热情
能够准备并向客户进行演示,展示帝斯曼芬美意的优势
能够制定战略计划,根据商业机会和成功因素定义、优先排序并实施行动计划
团队合作者,被参与客户项目的开发团队视为强有力的合作伙伴
具备供应链理解能力(产品生命周期、需求规划、订单模式)

工作职责

客户管理:**

与(新老)客户建立成功的工作关系,确立帝斯曼芬美意作为关键合作伙伴,以获得盈利业务的简报
定义账户目标,制定商业策略,并通过账户计划实施
识别商业机会、决策因素和成功标准,并据此定义行动计划
识别并记录商业潜力和竞争格局
监控客户满意度,并在需要时启动纠正措施
与客户谈判有利的商业条款,包括付款条件、新业务价格和现有项目的涨价
最大化业务活力
项目管理:**
预见客户需求,并领导主动项目以产生新的商业机会
从客户处获得清晰完整的简报,将其需求转化为帝斯曼芬美意的项目
创建简报并协调开发团队
根据指导方针,为每个项目定义准确的定价和利润参数
按照规则(包括监管要求和项目模型规则)在项目管理系统中准确输入项目信息
与内部合作伙伴和客户(包括香水提交)领导/协调项目
推动项目朝着对客户和帝斯曼芬美意都最有利的解决方案发展
分享访问报告、客户信息和反馈
账户管理:**
与主数据管理(MDM)、需求规划、客户服务和供应链部门合作管理产品生命周期,以确保为客户提供高水平的服务并为帝斯曼芬美意建立良好的工作实践(预测)
每年制定账户销售预算,监控销售和利润与目标的对比情况,为季度销售预测提供输入
监控并优化账户的所有其他财务方面,特别是费用(包括市场研究)与预算的对比,以及客户逾期账款与目标的对比
确保所有商业数据和文件的准确性和妥善维护
遵循B2A指导方针,并对流程的正确应用负责
