最低要求

拥有至少8年人才招聘工作经验的人才招聘/人力资源专业人士,最好有在全球性组织工作的经验

在人才招聘的运营和职能专业知识方面拥有扎实的知识和经验,并了解其与人力资源和组织战略的联系
对就业市场和招聘策略趋势有扎实的理解
具有好奇心和积极主动的领导方法,能够创造性地思考并以解决方案为导向
优秀的沟通和利益相关者管理技能,拥抱所有权、新挑战,并能够挑战现状
具备文化敏锐度,数据驱动,结果导向,英语流利,最好掌握另一门语言(如阿拉伯语或法语)

工作职责

根据我们的全球人才招聘战略,通过优化招聘基础设施、实施人才招聘战略、最佳实践、举措和解决方案,积极支持本地人力资源团队

在区域和本地层面管理所有与人才招聘相关的事务,包括人才识别、毕业生招聘和供应商管理
管理高级职位的端到端招聘流程,涵盖寻源、筛选、面试和录用管理
为利基和专业职位开发和维护人才库,使用创新的寻源策略来吸引被动和多元化人才,以满足当前和未来的需求
创建并推动区域和全球雇主品牌倡议,以加强公司作为首选雇主的地位,利用人才招聘数据与人力资源业务伙伴和招聘经理共同制定议程
管理和指导区域人才招聘团队,积极塑造全球人才招聘议程,与业务领导者和人力资源利益相关者密切合作,并作为区域人力资源领导团队成员向IMAT区域人力资源高级总监汇报
