This role supports compensation and benefits operations at KPMG Hong Kong, including insurance renewal, policy maintenance, market benchmarking, and annual pay review. You will work closely with HR teams to ensure competitive and compliant C&B programs.
最低要求
Ideally an HR / business related degree.
Relevant working experience is preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attentive to details, well-organized and strong communication skills.
Good command of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage.
工作职责
Assist in insurance benefit renewal process and provide support in updating information on intranet.
Update and maintain HR policies in line with best practice and the needs of the KPMG business.
Supporting HK insurance and benefits plans for Partners & staff.
Supporting policy review and contract template update.
Maintain and update a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources.
Support the annual pay review and bonus process.
Administer C&B related programs and take part in ad hoc projects.
