Identify and escalate 'at risk' inventory. Review safety stocks and Days of Supply. Manage obsolete, slow-moving, blocked stock, excess inventory. Review shortage reports with Purchasing. Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, Receiving, Quality, Stockroom. Monitor shipments for 100% on-time delivery. Manage expedites and approvals. Maintain capacity data in APO. Execute system-driven purchase requisitions.
