This Materials Planner role at Merck in Siheung focuses on planning and executing material requirements for the electronics materials division. 工作职责
Work directly with Market Managers, Operations Managers to monitor schedule. Execute and manage material requirements via APO/SAP for demand and supply orders. Maintain stocking levels, customer service levels, inventory goals. Handle production scheduling, replenishment strategies, raw material and buy-resell purchasing. Identify and escalate 'at risk' inventory. Review safety stocks and Days of Supply. Manage obsolete, slow-moving, blocked stock, excess inventory. Review shortage reports with Purchasing. Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, Receiving, Quality, Stockroom. Monitor shipments for 100% on-time delivery. Manage expedites and approvals. Maintain capacity data in APO. Execute system-driven purchase requisitions.
