工作职责

As a Senior Scientist in abrasive technology within the Planarization business, you will play a crucial role in advancing the development of nanoparticles for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). You will lead key initiatives including multiple projects focused on the design, synthesis, characterization of innovative nanoparticle technologies, and its application in CMP slurries. Your responsibilities will include develop abrasive technology roadmap, manage projects with detailed milestone and success criteria, develop laboratory experiments and metrology, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-regional, cross-functional teams and central units to accelerate the development and implementation of newly developed particles. This role offers the opportunity to present your ideas and findings to diverse audiences, including Sales, Marketing, and Management, thereby influencing strategic decisions. Effective collaboration across departments is crucial for success of your role.

优先资格

Ph.D degree within abrasive/inorganic nanoparticle research area, is a plus

Proven expertise in nanoparticle synthesis, characterization and development through publication and commercialization
Working experience in abrasive/inorganic nanoparticle R&D, metrology and application in an industrial setting, is a strong plus
Previous exposure to the semiconductor industry, particularly in CMP formulation and/or applications, is a strong plus
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills that support a diverse team environment
Hands-on experience in project management is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
