该职位是亿滋(Mondelēz International)在比利时赫伦塔尔斯工厂的食品安全与卫生助理

您将作为质量管理系统(QMS)的关键支持者,负责维护和优化工厂的食品安全体系,确保所有产品、生产环境和流程符合公司标准、法规及国际认证(如HACCP、ISO/FSSC22000)的要求
您将参与内部审计、处理消费者投诉、管理HACCP系统更新,并协调与食品监管机构的检查,是保障工厂食品安全合规与持续改进的核心角色

最低要求

科学相关领域的学士或硕士学位

在食品行业(涉及ISO、HACCP、IFS、BRC、食品安全和体系审计)至少2年相关经验
强大的沟通和社交能力
出色的荷兰语和英语能力(口语和书面)

工作职责

食品安全**

作为审计团队成员,参与AIB检查、5S审计和可追溯性演练
作为食品安全风险的联系人,并与FS与卫生协调员协商,参与风险评估和相关控制
支持过敏原管理:过敏原清洁、程序、验证和预防过敏原污染
管理“异物控制计划”并支持异物控制系统
升级食品安全不符合项,并制定改进和/或预防措施
跟踪微生物分析(水、环境调查——病原体和非病原体——以及清洁验证)并解释结果
每月在Global Food Safety Tracker(亿滋公司系统)中报告结果
HACCP**
是HACCP团队的成员,负责HACCP系统(实施、监控和记录)的更新
确保HACCP系统的充分性并进行年度验证,同时考虑新的质量程序和标准及法规的变化(ACS、ISO/FSSC22000、FCA)
制定并提供特定的HACCP培训(GMP、CCP、sPP)
组织sPP和CCP验证并进行跟进
动物饲料**
监督FCA动物饲料证书的维护
确保根据FCA指南正确应用程序
确保及时实施法规变更
跟进内部和外部投诉
培训**
负责与培训部门合作制定、组织和跟进食品安全培训
卫生**
应用清洁流程的变更,进行跟进,并确保必要的反馈和固化
食品安全文化**
管理QOS活动
与安全部门合作管理Heroes系统
