这是一个客户服务分析师(临时)职位,你将作为指定客户组合的唯一联系人,负责处理客户投诉与升级问题,确保客户满意度

你将利用内部和客户数据优化供应链计划,支持与战略客户的联合项目,并通过跨职能协作实现业务和商业目标

最低要求

至少5年快速消费品或消费品包装公司供应链(客户服务、供应、订单录入、物流)相关经验

具备Power BI开发技能
具备SAP知识(优先考虑)
具备中级英语水平

精通MS Office

工作职责

作为指定客户组合的唯一联系人

管理投诉和纠纷的升级,处理并解决问题以确保最大的客户满意度
通过实现客户服务目标、支持改进议程(内部流程和外部客户)以及跨职能和与客户建立协作关系,帮助实现业务和商业目标
与订单履行团队合作,报告KPI,包括根本原因分析和改进计划
使用客户数据监控上架可用性、仓库到商店服务、库存持有和促销销售
利用这些信息推动内部和与客户的决策,以最大化服务水平和销售额
领导与客户的周期性协作会议,审查指标,寻找改进机会并巩固我们的客户-供应商伙伴关系
与客户建立强大的关系,最大化利用数据以促进信息共享和持续改进
跨职能工作,提供重要见解以支持亿滋的战略和KPI(需求准确性、库存水平、现货率、订单满足率、准时率、拒收和退货、物流成本等)
