Ad hoc Studies - conduct sales analysis for projects (event stock vs sales, stock rotation). Database Management - manage HJ database for effective analysis per market and client. Training & Internal Communication - organize training, develop internal communication tools. Special Projects: Support Regional HJ Board to build Sales Associate community (interactivity, workshop, business review). Ensure smooth onboarding of new initiatives (stock enquiry systems, database management).
Jewelry and Luxury industry experience is a plus.
