This role involves structuring and marketing FX and rates products to Greater China clients, with a focus on revenue generation through innovative solutions. You will work closely with sales, trading, and legal teams to execute deals and manage risk.

最低要求

Minimum 4 years of experience in Structuring or Solutions or Derivative Sales teams.

Minimum 3 years of experience with Structured FX/Rates products.
Minimum 4 years of experience of working with Greater China clients.
Minimum qualification: quantitative degree (Economics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics).
Experience with Python, Matlab, VBA tools, data manipulation and data analysis.
Mandatory: Fluency in Mandarin and English; fluent spoken & written Mandarin (client interaction capability).
Self-motivated, quick learner, strong commercial mentality, attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and conflicting deadlines.

工作职责

Primarily drive Structured FX business for Greater China, while helping with broader Asia ex-Japan deals.

Deal execution, post-deal servicing and risk monitoring.
Innovation/Idea generation: generate new thematic/payoff/trading axe ideas.
Marketing: explain ideas/products to clients.
Pricing: use financial models to value derivatives.
Risk assessment: assess product suitability and risk management.
Documentation: liaise with legal for contractual agreements.
Pre-trade approvals: comply with policies and seek approvals.
Collaborate with teams within Global Markets and across divisions.
Generate thematic product ideas regularly, assist day-to-day sales-client interactions.
Price FX/Rates structured products and derivatives.
Facilitate marketing by generating pitch books and client materials.
Support trade execution, including hedging, documentation and bookings.
