Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability, as demonstrated by relevant experience and/or a bachelor's/ master’s Degree in IT or equivalent. 2. Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies or automotive companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution. 3. Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
