Be familiar with EE hardware and AUTOSAR software such as architecture design, software partitioning, and assumption of use of the safety manual regards function implementation, especially for safety-critical systems (ASIL). Profound knowledge in the relevant Electric Powertrain properties an various influencing parameters and their effects on functional safety, electrical safety, intrinsic safety. Leadership and Project management skills; Steering and organization ability. In-depth understanding of HV powertrain architecture and various special characteristics in all aspects. Familiar with general safety concept for HV applications such as isolation coordination, shock protection, thermal propagation and relating testing procedures. Process knowledge in component function development, simulation, calibration and/or testing, ideally for HV-components development. Assertiveness, initiative and motivation; High flexibility in a high dynamic environment. Communication & English language skills, German is a plus. years of professional experience in automotive developement high voltage safety management. + years of OEM safety experience with a full cycle project, in electrical powertrain relevant system.
