最低要求
Technical expert on Java and Python technology stack.
Advanced Database skills including MS SQL and Postgre SQL.
Good at budget management spanning multiple projects.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good at written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, word, outlook, access, PowerPoint, Project).
Excellent knowledge of SaaS solution, Public Cloud application maintenance and operation.
Experience with Agile software development, project management methodologies.
Experience administrating version control systems such as Github.
工作职责
Responsible for development and operation of production systems for SF China.
Responsible for collaboration with cross-team to empower business and IT operation with AI technology, enhance IT operation capabilities. Continuous explore and implement AI cases for SF applications.
Responsible for Retail Application Management product team new and existing product development, business requirement clarification and analysis, system solution design and code review. Define Sprints backlog and work packages for IT related topics including arrangement and preparation of required tools and infrastructure for the project.
Work with other IT teams, service provider and business to improve scalability and reliability, and impact analysis and proposed solution is acceptable by all parties. Effective management of resources allocated to the project both within IT(vendor included) and business .
Ensure System Integration Testing(SIT), User Acceptance Testing(UAT) , and sanity checks to secure the quality of IT products and services.
Responsible for Retail Application Management product team monthly release for GCAP and AF2 systems. Follow the guideline to deploy and configure system updates, security patches. Monitor and optimize server performance and system health.
Ensure the development vendors and suppliers adhere to BMW guideline of coding, architecture, unit and integration testing and security.
Collaborate with vendor and CIH, monitor the delivery performance, define and optimize team productivities. Review and issue IT delivery quotations, review good receives, ensure the delivery quality and within the approved budgets.
