l Event Scoping & Planning Support: Translates stakeholder needs into detailed event briefs and supports the development of feasible planning options for space, timing, and resources. l Solution Proposal & Feasibility Alignment: Collaborates with the Booking & Events Manager to assess constraints and propose optimized event setups that balance client needs with operational capacity and efficiency. l Scheduling & Booking Coordination: Manages room reservations and event scheduling to ensure conflict-free planning while adhering to booking policies and prioritization rules. l Event Delivery Quality Control: Ensures all event proposals meet safety, sustainability, and policy requirements, and prepares clear, supervise the 3rd party operation team to deliver the high-quality service. l Data & Reporting Support: Maintains accurate event records and supports the creation of dashboards and reports to track planning performance and inform demand forecasting.
