Senior strategic FP&A leader role at a global energy giant offering high developmental value, competitive comp, but moderate lifestyle flexibility.
The role offers competitive compensation typical for senior FP&A positions in Houston's energy sector, with comprehensive benefits including 401k, health coverage, and bonuses. The company is a large multinational, providing financial stability.
High developmental value due to direct exposure to executive leadership, Board, and strategic decision-making. The role involves cutting-edge financial planning processes and cross-functional collaboration, offering significant skill growth.
Flexible working arrangements are mentioned, but the role likely demands long hours during planning cycles and Board preparation. Office location in Houston (not specified as core city or suburban), but overall WLB is moderate.
Baker Hughes contributes to global energy technology and sustainability, providing a sense of purpose. However, the role is finance-focused, not directly in renewable energy, so impact is indirect but meaningful.
