This role leads a Production Engineering team to support daily manufacturing operations, drive lean initiatives, and resolve production issues. You will own manufacturing processes, implement continuous improvement, and collaborate across functions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. It is a hands-on leadership position in a global energy technology company.
最低要求
Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related discipline) or comparable experience.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
Have demonstrated experience leading and developing technical or engineering teams.
Have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, shop‑floor operations, and problem‑solving tools.
Have a working understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks.
Have strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions.
Have a data‑driven mindset with focus on execution, results, and accountability.
