This role focuses on developing and industrializing innovative coating and surface treatment solutions for energy transition products. You will define internal standards for coating processes like painting and plating, qualify external suppliers, and resolve technical non-conformities. 最低要求
MSc or PhD in Materials Engineering, Chemistry or similar
Technical expertise on coating processes, particularly painting and plating, as well as corrosion, materials/coatings characterization and testing
AMPP certified coating inspector certification or equivalent
Excellent communication and written skills in English
Ability to demonstrate effective leadership skills with ability to influence and build relationships
Ability to travel internationally
Self-starter, proactive in solving problems
Understanding of the Energy Industry and high ethical standards
