Supply Planning & PSI Management: Lead supply, inventory, and PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) processes by partnering with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to align demand, capacity, and inventory. Drive forecast accuracy, ensure timely replenishment, reduce past-due orders, and improve on-time delivery (OTD) while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
Data-Driven Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Leverage analytics (Min/Max, OTD, past due, ITO) to identify risks, trends, and gaps across demand and supply. Lead corrective actions, process improvements, standard work, and automation initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Act as a key integrator across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive alignment. Enable effective decision-making through structured reviews, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution to improve service levels and overall operational performance.
Bilingual Communication (English & Japanese): This role requires strong collaboration with both U.S. and Japanese stakeholders; proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential.
