This strategic account manager role focuses on selling Rockwell Automation's industrial automation solutions to existing named accounts in Taiwan. You will manage distributor relationships, develop business strategies, and drive market share growth. The position requires frequent coordination with internal teams and external partners.

最低要求

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or Business is preferred; Master is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years sales experience in process industry, industrial automation, drive or controls.
Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English; Analytical mindset with experience in business planning and strategy development; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive environment.

工作职责

Formulate business strategies to grow overall sales and market share through distribution.

Coordinate activities and resource utilization within the sales organization.
Implement and measure all Rockwell Automation market access commercial programs.
Be the single point of contact for each assigned distributor.
Manage the development of assigned distributors and their performance.
Analyze account requirements and develop account penetration plans with the distributor to increase market share.
Resolve market access issues resulting in conflict (e.g., APR violations).
Measure distributor performance and implement distributor performance improvement programs.
Help implement new product launches and promotional programs through direction of all market access team resources.
Take an active role in coaching distributor personnel and evaluating their competency in support of Rockwell Automation products and services.
