As the Activation GTM Lead for Security in Corporate Accounts (ASIA), you will drive security revenue growth by aligning go-to-market strategies across GCR and ANZ regions. You'll act as a product evangelist, develop business plans, and orchestrate cross-functional execution with sales, marketing, and partner teams to accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft Security solutions.

Extensive marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales or related work experience OR equivalent experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
Experience of Microsoft Managed account Corporate Accounts customer segment Market, within ASIA area (at least 1 of the following: GCR, Australia, New Zealand).
Must have significant partner experience within the Commercial customer Market
Experience within the Product Marketing area (ideally Security)
Fluent in English, as well as GCR relevant Mandarin language at a Business Level

工作职责

Be the primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across products within the portfolio.

Develop and execute business strategy, track efficacy of plans, and accept accountability for revenue and KPIs.
Lead definition and orchestration of strategic GTM plans across the business, including marketing, field, customer success, and partner functions.
Ensure Sales Area segment field communities have leadership and enablement to run the business locally.
Drive Sales Area segment leadership through revealing long-range growth opportunities and best practices.
Drive a pipeline of feedback from sales/customer/partner, leverage competitive knowledge to develop business cases.
Exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, Leadership Principles and create clarity.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience

Proven experience of managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization OR equivalent experience
Go to Market (GTM) experience within the Security, Compliance and Identity areas
