工作职责
Client-oriented professional to proactively manage a corporate portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions
Enhances corporate relationships and customer service quality
Acts as a strategic advisor to portfolio clients, channeling business development activities to ultimately provide the most suitable client solutions, thereby deepening the Bank’s wallet
Leads, influences, and ultimately owns a consistent, cohesive client experience for our clients
Support the achievement against targets for revenue generation, return threshold, customer satisfaction and cost containment
Close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services
Safeguards the Group from potential loss and minimizes risk of losses from bad debts
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved
