As a Retail Banking Sales Management Manager at Hang Seng Bank, you will lead sales teams in the branch network to achieve KPIs, formulate sales strategies, and ensure compliance. 最低要求

University graduates are preferred, seasoned candidates with lower academic qualification will also be considered

Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE).
Proven experience in retail banking as well as exposure to frontline sales an advantage
Self-motivated with strong sales and customer orientation
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Strong drive to succeed and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese with sound knowledge of application software
Great sense of ownership and high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

工作职责

Perform sales management to achieve the assigned KPIs.

Formulate and implement non-regulated product sales strategies and communicate to sales staff in the Area
Monitor non-regulated product sales activities and productivity metrics to ensure delivery is in accordance with sales pipeline in the Area
Collaborate with internal compliance and quality assurance units on sales quality of branch staff and take remedial measures to ensure strict adherence to the compliance standards
Maintain close communication with branches and other relevant departments to develop and implement necessary follow-up actions
Set clear performance targets and objectives for staff and monitor their progress regularly
Coach/ counsel/ motivate and develop staff members
Ensure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Observe the established Bank’s and Group’s compliance policies and monitor their implementation

优先资格

Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
