This role is a structured training program for aspiring retail banking professionals. You will provide quality customer service, identify customer needs, and offer banking solutions in branch network. After training, you can progress to Relationship Manager, with opportunities for career advancement in Hang Seng Bank.

最低要求

University degree / Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least 1 year of working experience in any industry, preferably in financial institution

Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level
Relevant professional qualification in insurance and investment is an advantage
Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
Ability to manage complex interactions effectively
Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
