This role involves managing business projects and governance within AME Data Technology at HSBC. 工作职责

) Project analysis & scope control: Work with sponsors and tech leads to define scope, elicit requirements, manage traceability, control change.

) Governance, reporting & stakeholder management: Support steering/working groups, maintain RAID logs, provide status reporting, facilitate workshops.
) Data & control alignment: Ensure requirements incorporate controls, partner with Data Governance, support control engagement.
) Delivery coordination & test/sign-off support: Coordinate delivery inputs, support UAT planning and execution, ensure operational readiness.
) Benefits realisation & continuous improvement: Help define and track benefits, identify process improvements.

SQL/data querying for validation and investigation.
Familiarity with data governance and controls concepts (data ownership, stewardship, metadata management).
Experience in financial services/regulatory environments.
