Advanced understanding of risk management, risk mitigation and Client Due Diligence risks
Excellent team player with a proactive approach and strong interpersonal, sales and communication skills
Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges and able to work under pressure
The ability to form effective relationships and exercise influence at the most senior level of the organization, both internally and externally
A strong understanding of risk management and risk mitigation
Uphold the highest level of integrity and act as a role model for all HSBC values and business principles
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards

工作职责

Develop a thorough understanding of the client base

Provide assistance to coverage team members
Undertake appropriate analysis and preparation of proposals, presentations and pitches for new products and services
Ensure prompt and appropriate response to customer enquiries and concerns by liaising with product and support teams
Liaise with regional counterparts acting as central point of contact for local matters
Contribute to the compilation and implementation of individual client plans to enhance regional and local returns. Contribute to the revenue growth in the portfolio
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product partners
Undertake the preparation of relevant analysis, proposals, credit applications and reviews as required
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal & external rules, regulations & procedures
Act as the First Line of Defence to protect HSBC against Financial Crime and to ensure credit risk arising from the relationship with the clients is proactively managed at all times
