Solid IT background and experience in leading large IT portfolio and program for end-2-end delivery for IT solutions with the global and matrix teams

Solid technology knowledge in technology, especially to digital domains.
Proven track records for portfolio planning, resource & financial management, risk and issue management, and management reporting, as well escalation when appropriate
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, Excel and PPT skills, advanced Jira proficiency, including custom dashboards and reporting.
Proactively to interact and build relationships with Global, Regional and local stakeholders.
Good understanding of Agentic-SDLC / Spec-driven development (SDD) is advanced.

工作职责

Overview the Asia C&R; Technology Portfolio from delivery point of view, and partner with Asia Transformation, engineering team and markets and various stakeholders for the overall yearly delivery roadmap.

Lead and drive IT Portfolio Governance and Agile delivery model along the IT SDLC life cycle, covering estimation, project resourcing & interlocking, progress tracking and reporting, RAID management, release planning and post-implementation support.
Strong delivery governance: meticulous tracking of scope, milestones, dates, dependencies, budgets, and benefits.
Drive and lead by action for End-2-End IT delivery within committed budget and timeline to realize business outcome, enabling adaptive planning, continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes across delivery teams.
Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies—removing blockers and ensuring delivery remains on track for time, cost and quality.
Build strong stakeholder alignment through clear governance, robust communications and effective workshop facilitation to drive timely decision-making.
Drive AI SDLC into the software delivery process across technology and business to improve the overall lead time for delivery, time-to-markets and engineering efficiency. Identifies practical opportunities to embed AI into engineering and SDLC workflows (e.g., intelligent automation, improved observability, developer productivity), while maintaining engineering quality.
