Achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within assigned sales territory;
Promote the company's products, solutions and services to assigned customers and prospects; Build and develop preferred partnership relationships with customers including end user, EPC and distributor; Develop new market and sales opportunities continuously; Train and educate our customers/distributors about the products and solutions; Keep communication with other departments and follow up with order handling, goods delivery, quality, etc. Prepare Monthly/Yearly order and sales forecast, also track the business operation daily/weekly; Develop and monitor strategy planning for overseas projects (including but not limited to O&G, Industrial, Data center, Mining) development and mega projects, and implement sales activities on projects and key accounts, to achieve the sales target; In conjunction with marketing team on promotion action, take business seminar and trade show, improve the business influence in market; Pursue key account opportunities; Build up and maintain good relationships with EPCs and OEM customers; Conduct project analysis to understand customer needs across key projects key accounts; Promote the product portfolios and provide service to the customers assigned; Support on competitive analysis and identify market opportunities and threats, catch up with market develop trends; Lead training & coaching for channel partner, support them build up sales network and get flow business;
