Manage end-to-end prime brokerage settlement processes, ensuring the timely and accurate clearance of client securities and derivatives transactions across APAC markets.

Resolve complex settlement and securities processing issues by applying in-depth knowledge of industry standards and operational procedures.
Coordinate and oversee evening shift operations supporting later APAC markets, including India and China, and manage end-of-day tasks in a supervisory capacity.
Execute a range of hedge fund operations, including net asset value calculation, cash and holdings reconciliation, securities pricing, and the preparation of unaudited financial statements.
Lead the onboarding and set-up of new hedge funds, serving as the procedural and analytical expert for the securities processing team.
Provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring consistent delivery standards across the team.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline securities processing and hedge fund administration activities, contributing to operational efficiency gains.
Monitor and escalate control issues with transparency, ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulations, firm policies, and risk management standards.

Formal qualification or applied experience in Project Management, supporting process redesign or operational improvement initiatives.

Background in Data Analytics, with the ability to interpret and present operational data to drive informed decision-making.
Familiarity with hedge fund administration, including NAV calculation, investor allocations, and expense budget analysis.
