) Responsible to team performance and operations KPI
) Lead the team to operate machines in a GMP. To minimize breakdown & damage, food safety risk, health & safety risk
) Responsible to service level
) Ensure the daily work schedule and planning is performed with reference to the department standard
) Leading in product development and process improvement & Machinery operation training, Trouble shooting on machinery failure
) Organize members deployment
) Monitor the team members performance in relation to the job objectives
) Ensure to comply with all company policies and procedures
) Ensure the products (in and out) comply to the set specification
