最低要求
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent), with extensive experience in a fast-paced consumer goods business that is entrepreneurial rather than corporate-led.
+ years in financial control, with proven ownership of group consolidation under IFRS across a large, multi-entity international group, with a centralised finance team of circa 100.
Demonstrated experience managing local statutory accounting and audits across multiple jurisdictions, including local GAAP-to-IFRS reconciliation.
FMCG / manufacturing background (inventory valuation, standard costing, high-volume transactional cycles), with deep understanding of standard costing in a consumer goods manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to own financial accounting treatment for complex transactions and translate it into clear journal instructions.
Track record of applying AI / automation to finance processes, close and reporting — or the aptitude and appetite to lead it.
Strong technical IFRS and balance sheet control discipline; a hands-on close leader.
Strong SAP (S/4HANA) implementation and optimisation experience; BI tooling (e.g. Power BI) an advantage.
Fluent English essential; Mandarin a strong advantage given the China-based team.
工作职责
Group close & consolidation – Own month-end, half-year and year-end consolidation of 50+ entities under IFRS, including intercompany eliminations, minorities and group balance sheet integrity; drive toward a faster, fully automated close.
Balance sheet ownership – Own the accuracy of all GL and sub-ledger balances (AP, AR, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Stock); sign off reconciliations across every entity.
Product & factory costing – Own standard costing across all factories with monthly cost and variance updates; ensure accurate, consistent product and factory costs feeding inventory valuation and margin.
Treasury, cash & cash flow – Own group cash flow management and forecasting; optimise multi-currency, multi-entity flows; run cash concentration, banking relationships and operational FX.
Statutory reporting – Ensure compliant local statutory accounts and filings across Europe, LATAM and other jurisdictions; own the local-GAAP-to-IFRS bridge and outsourced providers.
Audit, external & internal – Single point of accountability for group statutory audit; establish and run a standing internal audit programme across factories and entities.
Technical accounting – Partner with business teams to understand transactions, own the accounting treatment (IFRS), and specify journals to the finance team.
AI & control environment – Lead AI-driven optimisation across all finance processes and reporting, including AI reasonability checks embedded in the close; maintain a sustainable, enforced control framework and master-data integrity.
Systems – SAP, Abbyy invoice workflow management, e-invoicing, cash pooling, and other associated systems across the function.
Team – Lead and develop into a high-performing, China-based control team operating across global entities.
