Demonstrated experience with preventative maintenance, fault finding, root cause analysis, Lean maintenance practices (TPM, 5S, Gemba) and maintenance management systems (e.g. MEX).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams and manage contractors effectively.
Proficient in preparing engineering documentation, SOPs and risk assessments, with sound computer skills across Microsoft Office and engineering systems.

Lead, coach and develop the maintenance team, fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Employ Lean tools to identify and implement improvements to improve overall equipment performance, reliability, reduce running costs and improve overall operational efficiency.
Support the development and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximise asset reliability, compliance and cost efficiency.
Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring work orders, inspections and service reports are completed accurately and on time.
Manage maintenance resources, including equipment, spare parts and consumables, to support efficient day-to-day operations.
Monitor maintenance performance and KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and escalate issues where required.
Coordinate equipment breakdown responses, lead fault finding and root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Manage contractor engagement and ensure all maintenance work is completed safely through effective permit-to-work processes and compliance with site procedures.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Australian legislation, Henkel standards and site safety requirements, including the safe management of hazardous materials.
