Lead in-depth analyses to derive data-driven insights supporting key decisions (e.g., portfolio management, investments, M&A, resource allocation)
Conduct peer, competitor, and best-practice benchmarking to uncover performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, external disruptions, and strategic options (e.g. macroeconomic developments)
Ensure seamless alignment between corporate strategy, business unit priorities, and operational execution
Define, drive, and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring their successful completion
Oversee group financial reporting processes, consolidate financial data and analyze financial performance and trends
