As a Medical Consultant at Hannover Re, you will provide medical expertise to support underwriting and claims decisions across multiple Asian markets. 工作职责
Providing advice on and responding to internal and external enquiries relating to medical issues. Ensuring that the advice and responses are consistent with Hannover Re’s philosophy and local market conditions of the 7 countries.\n- Assisting and advising internal and external clients in developing new products especially medical and critical illness products.\n- Developing and providing training programs to clients on underwriting, medical and claims topics.\n- Initiating and conducting research into areas of current underwriting, medical and claims interests and concerns.\n- Being responsible for risk assessment of life and health insurance applications according to the delegated underwriting authority.\n- Assessing claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy.\n- Assisting in conducting underwriting or claims audits (both internal and external).\n- Representing the Branch in relevant industry bodies, internal and external seminars.\n- Keeping abreast of medical advancement and providing trainings to underwriting and claims team members.\n- Supporting Underwriting and Claims department in internal and external projects.
优先资格
Experience in insurance product development, definition review, medical research, health service provider management is an advantage. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is preferred. Knowledge in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage.
