• Deep understanding of consumer electronics development, manufacturing, industrialization, and supply chain.
• Proven leadership of cross-cultural and remote teams, with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus) and familiarity with PMI core values.
