This role leads scientific engagement strategies in Taiwan for Philip Morris International's smoke-free products. You will build relationships with key opinion leaders, scientific communities, and regulators to support tobacco harm reduction and science-based policy. It's a senior-level role bridging science, public affairs, and corporate communications.

最低要求

Undergraduate or graduate degree in a scientific discipline, public health policy, or science communications. Significant experience in highly regulated industries such as tobacco, pharmaceutical, medical/science/technology, or industries entering new regulatory environments — ideally in Regulatory Affairs or Government Affairs. Experience working within government or government-related agencies is preferred. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders across R&D, Legal, Corporate/Regulatory Affairs, Communications, Sales, Marketing, Planning or Operations. International experience, preferably with multinational companies. Public speaking and/or media engagement experience is a strong advantage. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.

工作职责

Design and implement multi-year outreach strategies supporting corporate and scientific engagement goals, including informing public health policies, increasing understanding within scientific and medical communities, and supporting appropriate regulatory frameworks in Taiwan. Provide scientific engagement education and coaching to internal teams. Develop, maintain and evaluate relationships with key opinion leaders, scientific communities and relevant organizations. Identify strategic scientific networking opportunities in collaboration with R&D and market External Affairs/Communications teams. Engage, network and build coalitions in support of THR and an appropriate SFP regulatory environment in Taiwan. Analyze insights and adjust plans as needed. Secure scientific spokesperson support for engagements with government, product surveillance discussions, and media communications. Identify gaps in local scientific evidence and coordinate with KOLs. Facilitate locally initiated research and ensure scientific accuracy in external materials. Support development of scientific engagement tools and content.
