This role is a Senior Consultant position in Deloitte's Technology, Strategy & Transformation team, focused on designing and implementing core banking platforms for financial institutions. You will lead functional/stream activities across modules such as client onboarding, portfolio management, and compliance, while driving end-to-end implementation, testing, and go-live support. The position offers exposure to large-scale transformation programs within a global consulting network.

最低要求

Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology and transformation at consulting firms or for a leading bank
Demonstrate solid experience in delivering components of core banking solutions by configuring and supporting modules such as Client Onboarding, Investment Products, Portfolio Management, Advisory tools, and Compliance, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of broader core banking technology landscape
Understanding of the new age solution provider landscape and their capabilities across banking.
Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams to shape up and deliver new opportunities.
Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

工作职责

Drive and oversee analysis, design, solution validation, and workshops within the assigned domain, ensuring comprehensive requirement and solution coverage.

Act as the functional/stream lead for the platform implementation across multiple modules
Provide subject matter expertise on banking modules, including [e.g., client onboarding, portfolio management, investment products, compliance]
Supporting stakeholders to clarify requirements, articulate problem statements, assess dependencies and constraints, and align priorities among diverse groups.
Provide hands-on support in technical discussions related to configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migration strategy.
Lead configuration, parameterization, and functional system testing efforts.
Drive quality assurance including SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions
Support end user training, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization efforts
