As a Personal Stylist at Lane Crawford, you will be the main point of contact and source of inspiration for luxury customers, providing personalized styling consultations and building long-term relationships. You will leverage your fashion expertise to drive sales, manage a VIP client portfolio, and deliver exceptional end-to-end service in a dynamic retail environment.

Act as an ambassador of Lane Crawford by following grooming and uniform policy
Proactively engage with customers to identify their unique needs, using styling and selling knowledge
Manage sales and customer database to meet/exceed targets

Exemplary advisory abilities and unconditional sense of customer service
Knowledgeable on products and craftsmanship
Driven to achieve results within deadline
Keep up to date with company news, market trends, competitors

工作职责

Consistently achieve monthly and annual personal sales targets

Proactively recruit new walk-in customers and cultivate regular customers
Proactively client existing customers to increase visits and spend
Manage a portfolio of VIP customers and grow network
Increase regular customer base and generate referrals
Keep in regular contact with top customers each season
Prepare styling appointments with clothing selections
Capture and provide feedback on products/services
Communicate issues to Personal Styling Manager
Assist less experienced team members
Understand and communicate Omni channel service
Build long-term relationships - 'be memorable' and follow up
Recruit and convert prospect clients
Acquire in-depth knowledge of international fashion trends
Manage customer expectations and issues professionally
Operate all relevant IT systems
Engage and live by Lane Crawford Vision, Passion, Learning and Collaboration Values
Build collaborative working relationships
Reinforce Lane Crawford Heritage and culture through storytelling
