This is a senior individual contributor role at Ant International, focusing on designing and building AI agents to automate cross-border system assurance and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications & Experience

AI & Agent Engineering
Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, or autonomous workflows for security, compliance, or enterprise platforms.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
Good understanding of RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, and evaluation.
Data Governance & Compliance
Knowledge of cross-border data governance, sovereign cloud, and data localization requirements.
Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPL, DORA, and the CLOUD Act.
Experience translating regulatory requirements into automated controls, policies, or AI-driven workflows.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Experience building cloud-native, distributed systems across multiple regions.
Understanding of jurisdiction-aware architectures and continuous compliance.
Experience with Policy-as-Code, Infrastructure-as-Code, or automated control validation is a plus.

工作职责

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents that automate cross-border system assurance and regulatory control enforcement.
Build AI-driven workflows to continuously monitor cross-border data access, processing, and transfer activities.
Translate regulatory requirements into machine-readable policies and AI-executable controls.
Develop AI agents that automatically detect, assess, and remediate cross-border compliance risks.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to embed AI assurance into system architecture.
Build evidence-generation capabilities that continuously produce regulator-ready assurance artifacts.
Contribute to the evolution of Ant International's AI-native System Assurance Platform.
Key Deliverables
Real-time global data assurance map (no “black box”)
Fully implemented cross-border data control framework
Complete regulator-grade compliance evidence for data flows
Demonstrated compliance with GDPR and global data sovereignty requirements

优先资格

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
+ years of experience in software, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or platform engineering.
Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud).
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or DORA.
Experience building AI solutions for cybersecurity, governance, risk, or compliance is highly desirable.
Leadership & Personal Attributes
Strong ownership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance regulatory requirements with scalable engineering solutions.
High integrity and commitment to security, privacy, and data protection.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, global teams.
