This role supports Citi's Citigold Wealth Management team in Hong Kong, assisting with sales support, customer service, and operational processes. You will handle basic to moderately complex sales issues, ensure compliance, and help deliver a seamless client experience. Assist multiple production support functions to aid partners in fulfilling sales requirements
Resolve basic to moderately complex sales issues based on practice and precedence
Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements
Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self-service media
Aid in the customer service process to ensure the quality of customer service
Manage the safekeeping and control of files during operation hours
Recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with established guidelines
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
